Educational Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University with Hindi and English as main subjects, which includes the term compulsory/elective subjects. 2. Diploma/ Certificate in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized University/ Institution. 3. A speed of 25 w.p.m. in Hindi typewriting. 4. Knowledge of MS Office and similar computer application.

Eligibility conditions for regular posts:-

1. Joint Director (Programme Division)/Regional Director

Essential:

i)                    Masters Degree in respective discipline i.e. Home Science, Human Resource Development, Psychology, Education, Sociology, Social Work, Women’s Studies, Child Development, Anthropology,  Operational Research (including Statistics)  and preventive  and social medicine  as per requirements of the Institute.

ii)                  Doctoral degree in the relevant subject.

iii)                15 years experience in training/teaching at degree level and research or advocacy of which 5 years should be at a senior supervisory level.
