The engagement will be initially for a period of One year on contract basis and
further extension for another year will be on mutually agreed Terms & Conditions.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate / PG Degree in Engineering from a recognized University /
Institute.
MBA in Operations / Production / Industrial Management will be
preferred.
Knowledge of Russian Language (Reading, Writing & Speaking) is
essential.
EXPERIENCE:
Atleast 20 Years of post professional qualification experience in the field.
Retired Senior Executives from Central Public Sector Undertakings in the level
of General Manager / Additional General Manager will only be eligible to
apply.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Should have through knowledge and experience of modern Project Planning and
Monitoring techniques and should be able to make executable plans, analyse
critical activities and offer viable solutions;
Should have experience in preparing Detail Project Reports, MIS Reports,
Presentations at various levels and Coordination with Ministry, Customers as
well as Contactors / Vendors and Certifying agencies;
Expertise in dealing with Russian Defence Industrial Business cooperation at
multilevel in Aerospace Sector, including interactions with Ministry of Defence,
Russia, Export Control Authorities & at level of Industries engaged in Design /
Production of Aircraft, Aero engines & Aggregates (LRU’s);

Should have basic knowledge of Aircraft / Accessories / Engine design &
development and /or production as well as Certification / Approval Procedures;
“ Hands on” Skills on MS Office, MS Projects / ERP Software are desirable;
Minimum 2 years work experience as Head of a Profit Centre / Project;
Excellent management, interpersonal & team work skills and communication
abilities at all levels;
