The National Insurance Academy invites applications for filling up of below mentioned posts on
deputation on Foreign Service basis. The details of the post along with the eligibility criteria are
mentioned below:

PERIOD OF DEPUTATION:
The period of deputation will be initially for 3 years extended upto 5 years. The appointment will
be governed by the usual deputation term on Foreign Service basis as per PSIC/Government of
India’s guidelines issued from time to time.

WHO CAN APPLY:
Persons holding analogous post in Public Sector Insurance Companies, Central and State
Governments, Public Sector Banks fulfilling the above eligibility criteria may apply. However,
the persons serving in positions in one scale below may also apply subject to fulfillment of
minimum eligibility conditions. However, the eligibility criteria may be relaxed in case of
deserving candidates.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. The employee benefit and amenities will be the same as per sponsor companies.
2. Deputation allowance as per sponsor companies rules.
3. PLLI as per NIA rules applicable to deputationists.
4. Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications and experience will not confer any right to
the candidates for being called for interview or/and for his/her selection.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
6. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
