Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + Academic Grade Pay Rs.6000/-

Educational Requirements: (i) Good academic record with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade, on a point scale, in Master’s degree from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. (ii) Should have cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC / CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET / SET. Candidates with Ph.D. degree (awarded in accordance with the UGC norms 2009) are exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET.
