Educational Requirements: • Intermediate with Science and experience or working as MPW/LHV/ANM or • Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s recognized course.

Experience Requirements: Training Course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector’s course.

1. Reservation Policy of the State Government of MP admissible as per the district roster will be applicable to
fill up the vacancy of the above post.

to the designated authority. The application received after 15 days of advertisement will not be entertained.
5. Number of Post advertised are tentative.
6. For All posts minimum Qualification is must, applications below minimum Qualification will not be
entertained and no further communication will be done in this regard.
All certificates & supporting papers submitted with the application should be duly signed and self attested.
Applications received without required information as above will be liable to be rejected. Concerned District Health
Society (TB) takes no responsibility for delay, loss or non receipt of the application by Registered/ Speed post.
Candidates who have served for RNTCP in any district but was expelled by State Health Society (TB) / District
Health Society (TB) are not permitted to apply.
M.P. State/District Health Society (TB) reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning
any reason.
