The vacancies shown in this circular are tentative which may increase or decrease.
The pay of the officer selected will be governed in accordance with DOP&T O.M No 2/29/91-Est(Pay II) dated 5.1.1994 as amended from time to time.
The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.
The maximum age limit for the re-employment on contract basis is 64 years in terms of MoD I.D. No 7(11)/2009-D(AFTC) dated 22.11.2010. The appointment of the retired Government Servants will be made only on contract basis on usual terms of pay fixation. Such appointments will be done for a maximum period of one year subject to the maximum age of 64 years, or till posts are filled up as per RRs on regular basis, whichever is earlier.
The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
The applications in the prescribed Proforma (Annexure I) from eligible officers/officials who can be spared in the event of their selection may be forwarded to the undersigned latest by 1st April 2013, alongwith ACR Dossiers of the candidate concerned or photo copies of the annual confidential reports for the last five years and a Vigilance Clearance Certificate to the effect that No Departmental/Criminal Proceedings are pending or being contemplated against the official concerned.

The applicants applying under retired employees category shall submit their application on the prescribed Performa alongwith attested copies of relevant documents/certificates in support of his/her date of birth, educational qualifications, retirement/discharge book, last pay drawn, PPO and all other documents showing his fulfilling of eligibility criteria viz, requisite service/experience for the post applied for.
