Educational Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. 2. Should have qualified as Company Secretary on the basis of examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should have a valid membership of the said Institute.
Qualifications: Familiarity with use of standard computer application like word processing spread sheet e-mail, etc.
