Educational Requirements: Graduate with MBA(2 years regular course) in HR/Personnel Management or Post Graduate Degree /Diploma (2 years regular course) in Personnel Management/HR from recognized University /Institute of repute approved by AICTE with 5 years Post qualification experience in the line in responsible position, not below the rank of Asstt. Manager, preferably in power utility or large industrial establishment.
