Haryana Board od school education published the list of SUPERVISORY DUTIES OF SECONDARY/SR.SECONDARY MARCH 2013
The appointments are compulsory as per directions issued by Commissnor and Director General,Education Deptt.,Haryana,Chandigarh time to time.Duties can't be changed.They have to report to the centre supdt./chief supdt. at 11.30 AM on 26/02/2013 i.e one day before exam. They will be entitled to TA/DA as per rules of the Board. The above duties please be got noted to staff appointed and also issue relieving letter to be produced to the centre supdt.
If the concerned staff failes to report for duty, their names will be sent to D.E.O and Director General, Education department for strict disciplinary action.The staff appointed by the Board should not be exempted from duty on any ground. In case of illness, certificate of illness should be from C.M.O only.
*** Any disqualified teacher/master/lect. should not be relieved for examination duty.
