Age limit: Maximum age limit of candidates is 50 years as on 01-03-2013. Relaxation is valid as per EdCIL rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations (2 years) or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management or equivalent or Ph.D in relevant area from a recognized University/ Institute for Chief General Manager (HR & Admn); B.Com or equivalent with ACA/AICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent or Ph.D in relevant area for Chief General Manager (Finance) with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and selected based on interview.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to UR &OBC Category need to pay the fee of Rs.100 in the form of demand draft from any nationalized bank in favor of “EdCIL (India) Limited” payable at Noida. SC/ ST/ PH candidates are exempted from application fee.
How to Apply: Candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format downloadable from ‘www.edcilindia.co.in’ along with DD, attested copies of testimonials, Caste Certificate (if applicable) to DGM (HR/Admn) at EdCIL House, 18A, Sector-06A, Noida-201301 (UP) on or before 12-04-2013.
