Management Services Department.

Period Of Engagement : 01 (One) Year
Job description of Consultant (Management Services)
The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities:
Estimation and finalization of SMH for various Projects in Aircraft Manufacturing.
Monitoring of Incentive Schemes.
Support for payment under Incentive Scheme
Manpower Planning, Projections & Induction.
Capacity Planning including plant balancing for Aircraft Manufacturing Projects
Effective utilization of Manpower for Improving Productivity
Projection / Monitoring of OT booking
Assessment of infrastructure for new Aircraft Manufacturing Projects
Cost estimation of outsourced aero Parts / Packages and tooling
Holding negotiations with employees union on productivity issues
To train officers working in Management Services Department to look after the functions
independently.
The Incumbent should have a thorough Knowledge of
Estimation of Standard Man Hours
Estimation of Cost at Projects Stage with application of learning factor
Outsourcing Policies
Designing & Implementation of Various Incentive Schemes
AS 9001C procedure and implementation.
Should have executive capacity to manage, nurture and guide a group of people for better
productivity utilizing existing resources.
General Instructions
• Superannuated Officers from HAL as well as other organizations are eligible to apply for the
post provided they meet the eligibility criteria. Personnel who superannuated from the
services of the Company on attaining the age of Superannuation would only eligible for
applying for the Post. In other words, personnel left the service under Optional Retirement,
Voluntary Retirement, Medical Termination, Resignation, termination on Disciplinary ground
etc., will not be eligible to be engaged under this Scheme.
• The initial Contract Period shall be for One year.
• Selected candidates will be paid Lumpsum consolidated remuneration per month after mutual
discussion.
• Selection of the Candidates would be done through Interview. Suitable candidates from
among the applicants would be shortlisted and called for the Interview.
