Age Limit: To apply for the posts candidates must have minimum 18 years and maximum 61 years as on 31-03-2013.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should be Specialist or MD in internal Medicine/Post Graduate degree holder of any other Clinical Specialist for Medical Officer and Masters Degree in Social Work or in Psychology for Counselor.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in Interview.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can attend walk in interview along with application form, two passport size photograph duly attested by gazette officer, attested Xerox copies of certificates and same in original, mark sheet of all qualifying examination, valid residential certificate and experience certificate (if any) on 20-03-2013 for Counselor and on 10-04-2013 for Medical Officer.
