VERIFICATION/SCRUTINY OF DOCUMENTS-CUM- INTERVIEW SCHEDULE –

PGT (ADVT. No. 1/2012 )

In continuation of Board’s notice dated 18.12.2012, which was published in various
newspapers, it is notified for the information of candidates that the Haryana School Teachers
Selection Board will conduct the Verification/Scrutiny of Documents-Cum-Interview for the following
categories of PGT Posts, HES-II (Group-B), against Advt. No. 1/2012, School Education Department,
Haryana as per schedule :-

1. PGT Hindi (Only Shortlisted Candidates as per Shortlisted Notice dated  26.09.2012 and whose names starts with ‘’M, S & U“)

2. PGT Sanskrit  For only those candidates whose name starts with “N to Z”

Note 1.- Attention drawn towards HSTSB INTERVIEW INSTRUCTIONS at Appendix-B on website
www.hstsb.gov.in and C-DAC website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in
Note 2.- Attention drawn towards likely causes of rejection of application Appendix-A Special Instructions
HSTSB website.
Note 3.- Candidates to bring downloaded application and original certificates/ degrees, NCC B&C Certificates
and certificates of participation in sports at National & International level etc. for verification along
with a photocopy of each.
Note 4.- Download Verification/Scrutiny-cum-Interview call letter w.e.f. 16th January, 2013 from the
C-DAC website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in Verification/Scrutiny of Documents-cum-
Interview call letter will not be sent by post.
Note 5.- Interview will be of only eligible candidates after verification/scrutiny of documents. No Second
chance will be given to the absent candidates. No further correspondence will be entertained in
this regard.
Note 6.- No travelling expenses and other expenses will be paid by the Haryana School Teachers Selection
Board to the candidates called for Verification/Scrutiny of Documents-cum-Interview.
