The National Institute of Biologicals, an autonomous Institute under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, is a scientific Regulatory Body ensuring high quality & safe Diagnostic, Preventive and Therapeutic Biologials including Biopharmaceuticals.

The following positions are available purely on contract basis for a period of one year:

• Consultant: (5 Nos.) Qualification & Experience:

  Qualification & Experience: M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Bio- chemistry/ M.Pharma/PG in Biostatistics or equivalent with 10 years' experience in a reputed lab
  Or
  Ph.D. in any of the subjects with 5 years experience. Preference will be given to those having experience in testing of biologicals and related products in a reputed Lab/Institute;
  

  Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- p.m. (Consolidated).
  Age: Upto 50 years

• Technical Associates:

  (4 Nos.), Administration / Procurement / Finance / Library

  Remuneration:

  Rs. 25000/- PM(Consolidated), Age: Upto 65 years.

  Qualification & Experience:

  • Technical Associate (Administration):

    a) Graduate in any discipline with good practical knowledge of Government of India Rules & Regulations on Administration, Establishment matters etc. b) Preference will be given to retired Government officials having adequate experience in Service/Admn./ Establishment matters.

  • Technical Associate (Procurement):

    Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management having good and practical knowledge of Government of India Rules & Regulations on Procurement /Stores b) Preference will be given to retired Government officials having adequate experience in the relevant areas.

  • Technical Associate (Finance):

    a) Graduate in Commerce preferably with Intermediate C.A./ICWA and having adequate knowledge of Government of India Rules & Regulations on financial matters including budgeting etc. b) Preference will be given to retired Government officials having adequate experience in financial matters.

  • Technical Associate (Library):

    a) Graduate in Library Science preferably M.Lib b) Knowledge in computer application.c).Preference will be given to retired Officers of the Government having adequate experience in establishing and managing state-of-the –art Library.

  Job Description: To independently put up proposals relating to the concerned Division and assist the respective Divisional Heads in their day to day functioning. Any other duties , as assigned, from time to time.

• Data Entry Operators & Stenographers (2 Nos.): Remuneration:

  Rs. 15000 PM(Consolidated), Age: Upto 30 Years.

  Qualification & Experience:

  Graduate with Diploma in Computer / Secretarial Practice and well versed in English / Hindi Typewriting. The candidate should have minimum 1-2 years experience in a Government Institution / Pvt. Sector.

Job Description: Preparation of data / records on computer, preparation of statement of accounts, taking dictation on shorthand / typing etc. They will assist the Heads of Administration/ Finance/Procurement / Labs in day to day functioning. Any other duties , as assigned, from time to time.
