Experience Required: Experience of 3-5 years in outbound telesales processes

Job Location: Noida

Annual Gross Salary : Upto- Rs.3,00,000 p/a-  ( Fixed )

Incentives:   { Performance Based }

Salary Increment: (Performance Based)

Appraisals: Annually ( Purely  Performance & Merit Base )

Shift Timings: Shifts Between 9:30 Hrs – 6:00 Hrs

Holiday: Sunday Fixed Off

Job Description :

• Will be responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to his / her team, for various products and services offered
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity matrix and calls/follow-ups made
• Cross sell of other products like General Insurance, Credit card, PL, HL, etc
• Coordinate with internal teams to accomplish the task assigned
• Work within the compliance boundaries set by the regulatory bodies
• Work for satisfying the customer needs by right selling the products and services offered
• Proactively resolve customer queries/issues in order to achieve highest customer satisfaction
