Qualifications: (i) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. (ii) Degree in Regional/Town planning or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institution (iii) At least three years experience in Town planning Organization

Experience Requirements: Experience in planning and design of service, construction, cost estimating and drawing up execution programmes.
