has announced the details for Combined Graduate Level Examination 2011.

April 15, 2011
Date of Exam (TIER I):
June 19, 2011 and June 26, 2011
Date of Exam (TIER II):
September 03 and 04, 2011

Vacancies:

Group-A:
SSC CGL 2011 Group A vacancies
Group-B:
SSC CGL 2011 Group B vacancies
Age Limit:
(i) 18-27 years as on for Inspector of Income Tax/ Inspector (Central Excise)/ Inspector (Preventive Officer)/ Inspector (Examiner)/ Inspector of Posts / Ass.. Enforcement Officer and Divisional Accountants / Auditors /UDCs/ Tax Assistants
(ii) 20 to 27 years as on for posts of Assistants and Sub-inspectors in CBI.
(iii) 26 years for Statistical Investigators Gr.II
(iv) 20-25 years for Sub Inspectors (Ex) in Central Police Organisations.

Qualification:
i) Compiler:
A Bachelor’s Degree with Economics or Statistics or Mathematics as compulsory or Elective subject from any recognized University.
ii) Statistical Investigator Grade II:
A Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the main subjects.
OR
A Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics (with Statistics as a papers studied in one year/two years/all three year as the case may be) as one of the main subjects.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree with Economics (with Statistics as a paper studied in one year/two years/all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree with Commerce (with Statistics as a paper studied in one year/two years/all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects.
iii) All other Posts:
A Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation Degree) from a recognized University or equivalent (for Assistants (CSS) Computer proficiency has also been prescribed as an Essential Qualification).
Application Fee:
Women / SC / ST / PH / XSM: Nil
Others: Rs. 100
Application fee has to be paid only in the form of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)" These stamps are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country. Candidates can also apply online and they should pay the fee in the branches of SBI through payment challans which can be downloaded online.
